Return & Refund Policy

We offer a simple and easy return policy to our customers as we believe in helping our customers. You can conveniently return or exchange any of our products after confirmation of order.

Cancellation before shipment: If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on support@prakruticart.com  or call us on +91 8277950774 within 12 hours of placing the order.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the entire money will be refunded to you within 5 working days after the cancellation request.

 

Cancellation after shipment:Once we receive the returned products, a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team. The refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.This is subject to the return having met the following requirements.

 

Criteria for Return:

- The products must be unused and be unhampered.

- The products should have original packaging and tags in place

- The products should be returned within 10 Days of delivery.

- The products must be self-shipped by the customers to Prakruti Remedies Pvt. Ltd.’s head office/warehouse.

- Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expenses and no amount will be reimbursed in this case.

 

Discount/Loyalty Points:
If you had redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.

 

Postage/Courier Charges: Other than the below mentioned reason, postage/courier charges will not be refunded. But, we are more than happy to refund postage costs to return an item where the return is required due to our error. For instance:

- If we sent you the wrong item.

- If the item is damaged or faulty

- Where you are returning a substitute item which you do not want to keep

 

Important Note:

-As a policy, we do not offer returns and/ or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition, as per the order placed by you.

 

Return Shipment:

-Kindly ensure that the items you are returning are unopened and in any original packaging.Pack the item securely and ensure our returns form/Invoice is included inside.

-You will need to obtain a proof of postage receipt when you send your item to us. Proof of postage does not cost anything but without it we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the rare event that your item is lost in transit.

-You must paste our return address label (Prakruti Remedies Pvt. Ltd., Plot No. 21, KIADB Industrial Area, Shirwad, Karwar, Karnataka -581 306) on the outer side of the packaged box/polybag.

-Also mention your ORDER ID/NO on the return address label.
